Here, you are empowered to introduce new ideas, tackle meaningful challenges, and help shape the future of how organizations engage with their customers.\nIf you are seeking to elevate your career and join a team that is pioneering tech-enabled solutions, we would be delighted to meet you.\nDoxim’s next Lead Print Operator- Onsite Atlanta\nResponsibilities\nLead and supervise a team of print operators, assigning tasks, monitoring workloads, and providing guidance and training as necessary. \nSet up and operate various printing presses and equipment, such as digital printers, offset presses, or screen printers, to produce printed materials. \nMonitor the production process to ensure that print quality, color accuracy, and other specifications meet company standards. \nTroubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal printing performance. \nMaintain an organized inventory of printing supplies, materials, and inks, and reorder as needed. \nImplement quality control procedures to ensure that final products meet client specifications and internal quality standards. \nCollaborate with designers, prepress technicians, and other departments to ensure accurate file preparation and seamless project execution. \nCoordinate print schedules and prioritize jobs based on deadlines, complexity, and resource availability. \nDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to printing equipment, such as paper jams, registration problems, and color calibration. \nPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and calibration, to keep equipment in optimal working condition\nAdhere to safety guidelines and protocols while operating printing equipment and handling chemicals, inks, and other materials. \nEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and waste disposal procedures for printing-related materials. \nOther duties as assigned.\nPerform the following at a PROFICIENT level:\nCore Skills \nDemonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. \nProficiency in troubleshooting printing equipment issues and performing basic maintenance tasks. \nKnowledge of color theory, print layout, and design principles. \nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and clients. \nAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. \nFamiliarity with printing software and prepress processes is a plus\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in printing technology is preferred. \nComplete Machine training - Level 3\nNice to have: \nBilingual (Spanish & English)\nPrint industry certifications (e.g., G7, Lean fundamentals, safety training) \nSystem Knowledge\nProven experience as a print operator, with a strong understanding of different printing techniques and equipment. \nRecommended Years of Experience \n4+ years in print production, mail operations, customer communications, or \nrelated domain \nPrior informal leadership, shift lead, or team lead experience strongly preferred.\nTravel\n0 - 10%\nPhysical Demands.\nAbility to stand for extended periods \nAbility to lift up to 30-40 lbs. as required for production tasks \nRegular movement within the production facility and occasional equipment \ninteraction\nWhy Doxim?\nWork Environment That Suits You: Our opportunities come in all shapes and sizes; from fully remote, to in-office, to hybrid; across North America, South Africa, and Europe.\nBenefits That Fit: As of Day, 1 of employment, our flexible benefit options have you covered from healthcare to employer-matched retirement savings and everything in between.\nGrowth That Excites: We are passionate about nurturing talent from within so this won’t be just a job - it will be a journey.\nTime Off That Recharges: Take the breaks you deserve with our generous PTO policy designed to help you rest, reset, and return at your best.\nRefer & Reap the Rewards: Love working at Doxim?
