If you're excited about solving complex problems that improve healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.\nAbout the Role\nAs an Events Manager, you will plan and execute experiences that bring Doximity closer to the clinicians and healthcare organizations we serve. You will:\nSupportOwn and plan our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, bringing physicians and Doximity leaders together for thoughtful discussions about clinical needs, product feedback, and the future of care. Lead planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution.\nManage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture.\nPlan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that build relationships and showcase Doximity’s products.\nProduce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions for clinicians.\nManage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals for each event and measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes to improve future programs.\nLocation: This role is Remote in the United States. Travel to events is required.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're excited to meet candidates who have many of the following qualifications:\nExperience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution, ideally including executive gatherings, advisory boards, or summits.\nExperience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders on track at once.\nConfidence working with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors, with a thoughtful approach to the attendee experience.\nExperience in healthcare, technology, or professional communities is a plus.\nCompensation\nThe anticipated total compensation for this role is $85,000 - $119,000 depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity.\nOur total compensation package may include:\nBase salary\nEquity (where applicable)\nAnnual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable)\nSpecific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.\nBenefits\nIn addition to competitive compensation, Doximity offers a comprehensive benefits package for full time employees.
