documents across business processes.\nAbout the Role\nThe Cloud Support Analyst role is for people who are passionate about helping others.\nYou will communicate with our Cloud Manager and customers in a variety of industries, working with them to resolve any type of issue that arises from using our Doxis software as a service.\n\nResponsibilities\nYou will run incident resolution and facilitate collaboration with other departments as needed\nYou will review Doxis Cloud system diagnostics, investigate system performance issues, monitor availability and document issues as appropriate to meet applicable SLAs\nYou will create scripts for operational automation and incident response\nYou will work with development teams and professional services to resolve more complex issues\nYou will deliver and deploy cloud tenants to new customers via public clouds\nYou will contribute to the SOC2 certification process using industry standard methodologies\n\nYou have interest in the following areas\nSystems administration in Linux/Unix and Windows\nNetworking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.)\nScripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, Python, etc.\n\nInitial experience in the following areas is desirable\nCloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure\nContainer orchestration with Kubernetes\nInfrastructure as Code using Terraform\nSystems administration in Linux/Unix and Windows\nNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, load balancing, SSH)\nScripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, Python, or similar\nMonitoring, troubleshooting, and improving cloud system
