The successful candidate will monitor the premises, identify potential safety hazards, enforce established safety procedures, and respond appropriately to emergencies.\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and safe workplace\nSafety Officer Wages starting at $22.00 per hour, higher wages for leadership roles.\nSchedule\nVarious Schedules Available (Morning, Evening, and Overnights including weekends)\nPay Range\nUp to USD $22.00/Hr.Responsibilities\nConduct routine inspections and patrols to identify potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions.\nMonitor assigned areas to ensure compliance with established safety policies and procedures.\nIdentify, report, and document accidents, incidents, hazards, and safety violations.\nRespond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency services, management, and other designated personnel as necessary.\nAssist with emergency evacuation procedures, drills, and other safety-related activities.\nMaintain accurate incident reports, inspection records, and daily activity logs.\nEnsure that emergency exits, fire extinguishers, alarm systems, and other safety equipment remain accessible and unobstructed.\nCommunicate safety concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor or client representative.\nPromote awareness of workplace safety practices and encourage compliance with applicable procedures.\nPerform other safety-related duties as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nMilitary or law enforcement experience preferred.\nPrevious experience in safety, security, loss prevention, facilities, or a related field preferred.\nStrong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to recognize potential hazards and respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies.\nAbility to prepare clear, accurate written reports.\nProfessional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with employees, visitors, and management.\nAbility to stand, walk, and conduct patrols for extended periods, as required by the assignment.\nAbility to work
