We enable manufacturing companies to connect their processes, people, and platforms to drive frontline digital transformation.\nJob Overview: \nAs FP&A Manager, you’ll own the financial models, forecasts, and reporting that show leadership and our board how the business is performing and where it’s headed. You’ll build and maintain our Cash EBITDA, free cash flow, and recurring-revenue models, lead the Annual Operating Plan and forecast cycles, and turn results into clear, actionable insight. You’ll also raise the bar on our reporting: making our metrics consistent, well-documented, and investor-grade as we scale. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who wants to directly shape strategic decisions at a growing SaaS company. Reports to the Chief Financial Officer.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain the Cash EBITDA and free cash flow models, delivering monthly actuals, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash bridges with accuracy and transparency.\nOwn the recurring-revenue model end to end: the ARR bridge (new, expansion, contraction, churn), renewal and retention forecasting, gross and net revenue retention, and cohort analysis.\nTrack and analyze SaaS unit economics, including CAC payback, LTV:CAC, gross margin, and Rule of 40.\nReconcile ARR and bookings data from Salesforce to the general ledger and recognized revenue, partnering with Accounting and RevOps to resolve discrepancies at the source.\nLead the Annual Operating Plan and recurring forecast cycles: consolidate departmental plans, pressure-test assumptions, and produce company-level financial outputs.\nDeliver monthly and quarterly reporting (actuals vs. forecast and plan) with clear commentary on key drivers.\nPrepare financial analyses, presentations, and board materials for executive leadership.\nBuild a clean, repeatable monthly reporting package with documented metric definitions and methodology.\nSimplify and automate FP&A models and processes to reduce manual work and speed up insight.\nSupport strategic initiatives with ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and preparation of supporting schedules for outside advisors as needed.\nSupport M&A activity through due diligence, integration modeling, synergy tracking, and ROI analysis.\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, or Big 4 audit/transaction advisory, including at least 2 years at a SaaS or technology company.\nStrong command of SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue modeling.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including three-statement and driver-based modeling.\nExperience working in fast-moving, high-accountability environments where priorities shift quickly and executive visibility is high.\nExceptional attention to detail, with a track record of producing reliable, audit-ready numbers.\n Benefits:\nCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.\nRetirement savings plan with company match.\nGenerous paid time off and holidays.\nOpportunities for professional development and growth.\nA collaborative and supportive work environment.\nRemote-friendly environment\nMonthly stipend for gym membership\nHome office set-up stipend\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,000/year up to $160,000/year DOE. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
