The role works on data processing, model development, algorithm optimisation and production deployment of AI systems. The AI Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions, improving efficiency, automation and decision-making across the organisation.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign, develop and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business and operational challenges.\nBuild data pipelines, preprocess datasets and conduct exploratory data analysis to support model development.\nTrain, evaluate and optimise models using appropriate algorithms and performance metrics.\nDevelop AI applications including computer vision, natural language processing, prediction models or automation solutions.\nDeploy models into production environments using APIs, cloud services or containerised platforms.\nMonitor model performance, conduct retraining and implement improvements to ensure reliability.\nCollaborate with software engineers, data engineers and domain teams to integrate AI into enterprise products or workflows.\nPrepare technical documentation, model reports and version tracking records.\nConduct research on emerging AI technologies, frameworks and best practices to enhance organisational capabilities.\nEnsure AI development follows ethical guidelines, data governance and compliance requirements.\nSupport proof-of-concept prototypes and experiment with innovative AI techniques.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or related fields.\n2-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, data science or applied machine learning roles.\nStrong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn or similar.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and ML deployment tools.\nFamiliarity with data engineering concepts, APIs, version control and containerisation (Docker).\nStrong analytical skills with ability to translate technical insights into practical solutions.\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.\n• Portfolio or prior experience in NLP, computer vision or deep learning is
