岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.系统性规划与建设公司内部信息安全体系。在现有安全办公底座之上持续建设与运营，覆盖办公网络、内网接入、终端与数据流转等内部安全场景;

2.负责敏感数据防泄漏（DLP）建设与运营，落地敏感文件管控、溯源与文档权限治理; 对安全事件组织排查与溯源取证和定位;

3.管理办公无线与网络边界安全，规范内网接入与访客 / 临时账号准入;

4.面向外部合作伙伴、供应商、实习生及临时人员建立信息安全准入与管理机制，落实最小权限、账号回收与行为审计。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，信息安全 / 计算机 / 网络通信等相关专业优先;

2.八年及以上企业信息安全 / IT 安全领域工作经验，具备甲方侧（企业内部）落地经历（非仅乙方方案输出）;

3.主导过至少一个企业内部信息安全体系从 0 到 1 的完整落地项目，含方案设计、产品选型、上线推广与运营;

4.至少深度掌握以下一个核心产品域并有实际部署运营经验：DLP / 数据防泄漏、UEBA / 内部威胁检测、终端与网络准入（SASE / 零信任）、上网行为与审计;

5.具备跨部门协作与团队管理能力，能与网络、内控、法务、业务等部门协同推进。
