follow-up the status with other departments\nAllocation of Advances and timely clearing of advance account\nMonthly reconciliation of accounts with all major suppliers\nMonthly review of aged creditors report •\nAct as a back-up for part of tax work when needed\nTo prepare ad hoc reports as and when required by the Chief accountant and Finance Manager/Controller\nAssist during internal and external auditors for standalone and consolidated financials\nSupport Finance Manager with month closure activities\nParticipate in vessel-wise GL reviews and variance analysis\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field;\nFluent English and Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;\nExperience with accounting software is an advantage;\nGood skills to Intermediate level in Microsoft products.\nMinimum Experience:\nMinimum 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in an international company\nExposure to financial accounting and AP/AR accounting is
