Treasury - Global Service Centre\nBase Location: Navi Mumbai\nReporting to: GSC Finance Head - Tax Reporting & Compliance - Global Service Centre\nKey Role Responsibilities:\nLiaising with SSA Treasury team to provide support to the SSA treasury team relating to the operational activities for the region and provide any assistance that is required on an ad hoc basis\nKyriba - Monthly Database Maintenance and Monthly Reporting\nMaintain and upload monthly facility schedules requested/ received from Banks and Business units within SSA region onto Kyriba and SSA Treasury Folder\nUsing monthly facility schedules provided by Banks and Business units, create, maintain and update all short and long-term facilities (facility values, utilisation at month-end, interest rates, start dates, maturity dates, security provided) on Kyriba\nMaintain and upload all facility letters for all short and long-term facilities on Kyriba\nUpdate and provide a monthly consolidated report of all short and long-term facilities (facility values, utilisation at month-end, interest rates, start dates, maturity dates, security provided) to SSA Treasury\nMaintain and upload copies of all Bank Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees and Letters of Comfort on Kyriba\nMaintain and update values for outstanding Bank Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees and Letters of Comfort on Kyriba\nProvide a consolidated report of all short and long-term facilities to SSA Treasury\nUpload and maintain latest company statutory documents and Resolutions\nMaintain and upload Bank account registry for all Business units on Kyriba\nCash Management -
