This is an important in one of our fastest growing entities within the European DP World region. You will be the most senior operational lead for Czechia within the contract logistics pillar.\nYou will be responsible for all of the company's operations aspects, ensuring that the process are run efficiently and effectively. You will be coordinating all of the departments and ensure effective operational and financial results are achieved.\nYou will be managing key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Working with the site managers and senior leaders you will make sure that all of the operations are running smoothly and issues are either dealt with or escalated to the correct team. Externally you will be liaising with customers to make sure that they any service issues are dealt with and changes to sites are implement swiftly and on time.\nYou will manage the annual budget and make sure that financial and operational targets are met. You will also manage your own senior team who will predominantly be based at the sites, bringing them together on a regular basis to make sure that they are all working together as effectively as possible.\nYou will also work with the bids and tenders team to make sure that you support on any country specific bids adopting the mindset of winning all business. You will also play a role with the business development team helping them recognise opportunities that would be beneficial for DP World.\nThe person\nSo, who are we looking for?\nKey skills and experience include:\nPrevious experience of operational management of multiple manufacturing sites or logistics warehouses\nExperience of working within logistics and supply chain\nPreviously developed long term strategic plans\nBudgeting and supervisory experience\nStrong attention to detail and a passion to deliver high quality work\nThe ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects at one time\nPrevious leadership experience at country level and the ability to inspire and coach a leadership team\nAble to travel extensively within Czechia.\nIf you are interested in this role click on the link to apply.\nCompensation\nDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
