# Field Sales Senior Manager

At DP World, we are looking for a Field Sales Senior Manager to join our growing Freight Forwarding business in Istanbul/Türkiye. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across our Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Project Cargo services. You will spend most of your time in the field, meeting customers, identifying opportunities, and building long-term partnerships while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions. Your Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Project Cargo services. Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and opportunity qualification. Achieve assigned revenue and gross profit (GP) targets. Prepare, present, and follow up on customer quotations and commercial proposals. Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline information within the CRM system.
