You will deliver accurate reporting, provide insightful analysis, and support decision-making to improve profitability and operational efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment.\nHow you will contribute\nOversee all financial activities, including profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the freight forwarding division\nPrepare and deliver accurate monthly reporting packs (MBR) in line with group standards and IFRS requirements\nAct as a business partner to Operations and Sales, providing financial insights for contract negotiations and decision-making\nDrive performance improvement through KPI development, financial analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives\nEnsure effective working capital management and support CAPEX investment decisions with robust financial evaluation\nSupport regional teams, shared services, and audit processes, ensuring compliance and collaboration across functions\nLead reporting optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce non-value-added activities\nWhat you will bring\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with min. 3 years’ experience in finance/accounting, including a management role\nFluent in Spanish and English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills\nSelf-driven and reliable, able to work independently in demanding environments and support operations\nEntrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to push boundaries\nExperience with SAP, BPC, Oracle and advanced MS Office proficiency\nStrong technical accounting knowledge and project management capabilities\nExperience in logistics/contract logistics and mentoring others is a plus\nCompensation\nDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
