[\nAbout the Role\nAs an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders across our engineering and operational functions, providing strategic and operational HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will partner with stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness, support change initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.\nHow You Will Contribute\nPartner with leaders to deliver people strategies that support short, medium and long-term business objectives.\nCoach and support managers through organisational design, restructures, consultations and change management initiatives.\nProvide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and capability cases.\nCollaborate with managers to identify workforce capability gaps and support recruitment, succession planning and talent development initiatives.\nDrive performance management practices and support the development of high-performing teams.\nAnalyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.\nEnsure HR policies, procedures and practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation and best practice.\nSupport employee wellbeing initiatives and collaborate with Occupational Health teams to promote a healthy and engaged workforce.\nMaintain strong relationships with business leaders, employee representatives and key stakeholders.\nSupport local, regional and global HR projects and initiatives that contribute to organisational success.\n\nWhat You Will Bring\nCIPD Level 7 qualification, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent demonstrable experience.\nProven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within an operational environment.\nStrong knowledge of UK employment legislation, ACAS best practice and employee relations processes.\nExperience managing organisational change, workforce planning and talent management initiatives.\nAbility to use HR systems, analytics and workforce data to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes.\nExperience working within a unionised environment would be highly advantageous.\nFull UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.\n\nEssential Skills\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.\nExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities effectively.\nCollaborative working style, balancing independent decision-making with cross-functional teamwork.\nResults-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and business outcomes. \nCompensation\nDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
