IT Solutions Analyst
DP World is expanding its operations in Topolcany, and we are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Solutions Analyst to support our growing logistics and production environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth system operations, high-quality data integrity, and seamless collaboration between IT, operations, and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st-line support for all IT hardware and SAP-related issues across the site, coordinating with 3rd-party support when needed
- Deliver general desktop application support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Maintain, configure, and ensure the accuracy of production system data, supporting inputs/outputs for BI tools, dashboards, and local applications
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets daily, both internally and with external customer support teams
- Maintain accurate asset records, ensuring all equipment is documented in the site inventory and central CMDB
- Create and update user documentation, including Knowledge Base articles, user guides, and process instructions
- Conduct IT and SAP training sessions to address knowledge gaps and support end-user adoption
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, supported by relevant education or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of common desktop applications (e.g., MS Office) and operating systems
- Hands-on experience with hardware support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (break/fix, drivers, troubleshooting)
- Good understanding of Windows OS platforms (Windows 7/10/11) and basic enterprise administration
- Previous exposure to ERP/MRP/WMS systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Slovak (both written and spoken)
