Review the KPI's on a regular basis and share the findings with the account with the objective of brick-walling the account.\nManage shipper and account escalations as per the escalation matrix. Managing customer escalations as per the company's escalation matrix\nManage day-to-day administration of the branch in terms of facilities, local issues and regulatory compliance\nManaging geographic expansion within allocated region, through extension of network and leveraging the relationship across regions where Writer has presence.\nMaintain relationships with select key accounts in the branch as per the account plan\nContinually find ways to improve and keep our work environment safe\nRecruit, develop and retain the branch teams. Build talent within the branch to meet organizations growing needs.\nCreate an atmosphere that promotes learning, high moral values, ethical business conduct by upholding Writer Values. Provide direction, motivation and training to the team to ensure optimum performance.
