teams-operations, HSE, commercial, fabrication, and procurement.\nCommunicate technical requirements clearly to clients, subcontractors, shipyards, and workshop teams.\nSupport tender engineering by preparing preliminary concepts, estimates, and technical clarifications.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nPrepare project execution reports, progress updates, daily logs, and completion manager in any other technical related tasks whenever required.\nJob Profile (Internal)\nQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS\nMinimum Experience & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine/Civil Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in strucural design/marine operations, transport & installation, or heavy lift/deck carrier projects..\nJob-Specific Skills:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nExcellent analytical, communication, decision-making, and client-facing skills.\nAbility to manage multimodal transport chains and complex project environments\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.\nExcellent English language skills, with additional languages preferable\nSelf-motivated, driven and with attention to detail\nWillingness to travel locally and internationally for port calls, loadouts, and project operations.\nStrong competency in structural design tools (e.g., STAAD, SACS, ANSYS, Autodesk products, or equivalent).\nDemonstrated experience with grillage/sea-fastening, loadout engineering, and structural verification of heavy cargo.\nExperience working with deck carriers/barges or module transport vessels.\nFamiliarity with DNV, ABS, LR, or comparable classification societies.\nKnowledge of IMO standards, relevant offshore transport engineering guidelines, and marine warranty surveyor (MWS)
