Vessels to be operated in compliance with relevant Local/International regulations.\n\nProvide Accurate Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports as required and ensure it is Properly Archived for easy reference.\n\nOperating Manuals and Statutory publications to be in date on the Vessels. Arrange for copy of all mentioned documents to be Archived in the Office Servers.\n\nCheck and follow up on purchase requisitions submitted by vessels in NS5 to ensure timely delivery of supplies. Monitor the scheduled requisitions received from Vessel are in line with Procurement Procedures.\n\nEnsure that POs are raised for all services and are in line with Purchasing requirements.
