Packing Operations Coordinator - Supermarket (m/f/d)

What will be your responsibilities?

• Coordinate material organization within the supermarket area to ensure smooth and efficient packing operations
• Assign and maintain appropriate storage locations for materials, including updates of labels and system information
• Monitor workload distribution across packing areas and adjust material placement accordingly
• Maintain supermarket material data, including creation, changes, and removal in operational systems
• Monitor SUT (Standard Unit of Transport) containers and ensure alignment between actual and target quantities
• Resolve basic operational and system-related issues affecting packing activities
• Perform simple stock and system corrections to ensure consistency between physical stock and system records
• Coordinate resolution of missing material together with warehouse operations teams
• Support investigation and correction of stock discrepancies
• Cooperate with the Quality department regarding transport damage or delivery-related issues
• Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures and quality standards

What do we expect from you?

• High school education
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations - must have
• Basic understanding of warehouse management processes
• Experience with SAP or other warehouse management system
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
• Ability to prioritize operational issues and react quickly to changing situations
• Communication in English as advantage

• Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (launch of the second shift expected in September 2027)
