In this role, you will provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle and act as the first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries. You will also support HR initiatives and projects across the business.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including guidance on HR policies, procedures and processes\n\nCoordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, MSIC applications and renewals\n\nSupport recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and preemployment checks\n\nAssist with performance management, disciplinary processes and employee relations, including documentation and record keeping\n\nCoordinate employee engagement initiatives, Reward & Recognition activities and HR events\n\nSupport HR projects and initiatives, including the integration of new and existing sites and implementation of HR processes\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\nQualification in HR or a related discipline, with 3+ years’ experience in HR or a similar role\n\nSound understanding of HR policies, processes and systems, with experience across the employee lifecycle\n\nExperience in HR Operations or a Shared Services environment, with exposure to recruitment\n\nStrong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships\n\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with a practical and solutions-focused approach\n\nAbout DP World\nDP World is reshaping the future of global trade to improve lives everywhere.
