The program may include fireside chats with business leaders, networking and social events, collaborative internship projects, and opportunities to establish and work toward individual goals throughout the summer.\nThe Procurement Intern will also contribute to initiatives related to vendor onboarding and purchase order processes supporting the Oracle implementation, while gaining exposure to Procurement operations and cross-functional collaboration.\nIMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS\nLocation: Charlotte, NC\nHybrid role: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote\n10-week program: Summer 2027; May 31 to June 6\nDepartment: Information Technology\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nSupport Procurement activities related to the Oracle implementation, including vendor onboarding and purchase order (PO) processes.\nAssist with vendor set up, documentation, data collection, and validation activities.\nSupport testing, documentation, and process improvement efforts associated with Procurement workflows.\nCollaborate with Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders in Charlotte, across the Americas, and in other countries as project needs require.\nTrack project activities, follow up on outstanding items, and help maintain accurate project documentation.\nAssist with additional meaningful Procurement projects and initiatives based on project status and business priorities.\nPrepare reports, analyses, presentations, or other project materials as needed.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; rising seniors are preferred.\nInterest in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related business functions.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions and geographic locations.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a project-oriented environment\nPrior experience with Oracle, ERP systems, or Procurement systems is helpful but not required\nPlease note: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
