You will directly manage, coach, and develop an international team, creating clear accountability and consistent ways of working across the region.\nYou will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting, maintain strong financial controls, support compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements, and drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.\nWorking closely with local finance teams, Group Finance, Tax, Reporting, and external auditors, you will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting business performance, and enhancing reporting capabilities across the region. You will also contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including the ongoing development of Oracle FCCS and business intelligence solutions.\nThis role will be predominantly based at our Poznań location. Candidates must therefore live in Poznań or within a reasonable commuting distance of the site. Regional travel across Europe will also be required to support teams, sites, and key business activities.\nHow you will contribute\nLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes for Logistics operations across Poland, Hungary, Czechia, and Slovakia.\nEnsure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local statutory regulations.\nMaintain robust internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial compliance processes.\nOversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.\nCoordinate internal and external audits and provide supporting documentation and responses as required.\nPartner with local and group finance teams to investigate and resolve intercompany balances, variances, and reconciliation issues.\nSupport group consolidation activities and ensure alignment with corporate reporting requirements.\nReview financial reports, perform variance analysis, and identify areas requiring corrective action or further investigation.\nMonitor accounts receivable and accounts payable aging and provide guidance to local teams on resolving outstanding items.\nServe as a key finance contact during month-end and year-end close activities, supporting stakeholders across multiple countries.\nContribute to finance transformation and process improvement initiatives focused on reporting quality, automation, standardization, and efficiency.\nLead and support the ongoing implementation and optimization of Oracle FCCS, including testing, issue resolution, and process alignment.\nPromote the effective use of business intelligence and reporting tools to improve finance workflows and decision-making.\nSupport half-year and year-end reporting requirements for internal stakeholders and external auditors.\nProvide guidance, knowledge sharing, and onboarding support to finance team members as required.\nWhat you will bring\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).\nSignificant experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, consolidation, and financial controls within a multinational environment.\nStrong knowledge of IFRS, audit requirements, balance sheet management, and financial governance.\nExperience working with finance systems and reporting platforms, including Oracle, SAP, Oracle FCCS, or similar enterprise solutions.\nAbility to analyze complex financial information, identify root causes of issues, and implement practical solutions.\nStrong people leadership experience, with a track record of managing, coaching, and developing an international team\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across countries and functions.\nA continuous improvement mindset with experience driving process standardization, automation, and reporting efficiencies.\nWhat we offer\nPermanent employment with a global and growing logistics leader\nSalary: PLN 179,538 to PLN 256,483gross per year\nPrivate medical care (LUX MED)\nGroup life insurance\nEmployee Capital Plans (PPK)\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) supporting employees and their families\nEmployment contract in an international logistics company\n*The final salary level will depend on the candidate's professional experience, skills, and qualifications.*\nCompensation\nDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
