Responsible for project scheduling, tender management, coordination of live projects, cost and budget control, risk and variation management, and client engagement throughout the project lifecycle.\nJob Dimensions\nDirect Reports: None\nIndirect Reports: Contractors and WCS site staff\nJob Accountabilities\n- Deliver projects across WCS business in coordination with stakeholders\n- Manage project scope, timeline, cost, and resources\n- Administer project plans using MS Project\n- Monitor project risks, variations, and deviations\n- Produce weekly and monthly project status reports\n- Handle multiple projects simultaneously\n- Ensure safety standards and policies are followed\n- Act as WCS ambassador with clients and stakeholders\nKey Deliverables\n- Achieve PMO KPIs\n- Meet budget and revenue targets\n- Maintain clear and timely stakeholder communication\nQualifications, Experience & Skills\n- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar\n- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in heavy industries\n- Experience in marine/port operations preferred\n- Crane experience desirable\n- Strong communication and presentation skills\nCommunications\nInternal: Daily interaction with WCS staff\nExternal: Interaction with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders\n8.
