In this role, you will help ensure employees are trained effectively, process documentation remains up to date, and quality standards are maintained across the business. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, compliance and continuous improvement.\nHow you will contribute\nCoordinate employee training activities and maintain accurate training records, competency assessments and training matrices.\nDeliver training and guidance to employees following process updates, business changes and improvement initiatives.\nSupport the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.\nConduct process and training audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify improvement opportunities.\nMonitor and evaluate training effectiveness through reporting, coaching and performance analysis.\nProduce management reports, performance metrics and data analysis to support informed decision-making.\nMaintain and control process documentation, policies, procedures and work instructions, ensuring they remain current and accessible.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and compliance records.\nPromote adherence to quality, environmental, health and safety standards across the organisation.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across the business to support operational excellence and continuous improvement projects.\nWhat you will bring\nExperience coordinating training programmes, maintaining training records and supporting employee development activities.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and produce clear reports and recommendations.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.\nExperience supporting quality, compliance, continuous improvement or operational excellence activities.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nDesirable:\nDegree-level qualification or equivalent experience.\nKnowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and quality management standards.\nExperience within a quality, training, manufacturing, logistics or operational environment.\nTo be eligible to apply\nMust hold the right to work in the UK.\nMust meet the medical fitness requirements for the role.\nMust not have any unspent criminal convictions (DBS checks are carried out).\nCompensation\nDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
