As part of the Operational Excellence team, you will lead and coordinate strategic programs and complex projects that drive business transformation, operational improvement, and long-term growth.\nWorking with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across multiple countries, you will help ensure strategic initiatives are delivered successfully, on time, and with measurable business impact. From large-scale transformation programs to greenfield site developments and other key strategic initiatives, your work will help shape the future of Contract Logistics.\nHow you will contribute\nLead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of strategic projects and programs across Contract Logistics.\nDevelop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.\nPartner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans.\nFacilitate project governance structures, steering committees, and project review meetings to support effective decision-making.\nMonitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively drive solutions that support successful outcomes.\nCoordinate activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and efficient execution.\nDrive continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, reporting standards, and governance practices.\nCapture lessons learned and share best practices to strengthen future strategic programs and initiatives.\nBuild strong relationships across Operations, Commercial, HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and other business functions to enable successful delivery.\nSupport transformational initiatives, including growth projects, operational excellence programs, and new business developments. \nWhat you will bring\nExperience delivering medium to large-scale projects, programs, or business transformation initiatives within complex organizations.\nAbility to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions, countries, and leadership levels.\nStrong project management, planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive results.\nExperience with project management methodologies and tools, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, or similar approaches.\nA proactive, adaptable, and continuous-improvement mindset with a passion for turning strategic ambitions into measurable outcomes.\nCompensation\nDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
