Teamleiter Technik (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Viel Präsenz an den Anlagen statt im Büro: Sie sind dort, wo die Technik läuft
- Führung und Entwicklung des technischen Teams
- Planung von Schicht-, Bereitschafts- und Personaleinsätzen
- Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Krananlagen, Umschlagsgeräten und technischer Infrastruktur
- Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und technischen Standards
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern sowie Mitarbeit an technischen Optimierungsprojekten
- Teilnahme am Pikettdienst (Rufbereitschaft)
- Teilweise kann es zum Einsatz an verschiedenen Standorten (FR/CH) kommen
Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Betriebselektriker, Mechatroniker, Elektromechaniker oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Industrie-, Kran- oder Hebeanlagen
- Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, SPS-Steuerungen oder Automatisierungstechnik von Vorteil
- Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Deutsch und Französisch in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Hands-on-Mentalität, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an technischen Herausforderungen
