Join DP World on a 6 month fixed term contract / secondment and lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence and make a real impact across goods-in, warehousing and dispatch.\nAbout the Role:\nAt DP World, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused delivery. Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational performance, coaching teams and maintaining high service standards within a busy distribution environment.\nWorking pattern: This role operates on a flexible shift pattern, working 7.5-hour shifts between 6:00am and 10:00pm in line with business requirements.\nHow you will contribute:\nLead and supervise outbound and dispatch operations, while maintaining the flexibility to support goods-in, storage, picking and packing activities as business demands require.\n\nEnsure the team consistently delivers against service level agreements and key performance indicators.\n\nPromote and maintain the highest standards of health and safety across all operational activities.\n\nManage team performance, attendance, training and employee relations matters.\n\nCoach, develop and motivate team members to create a positive and high-performing working environment.\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.\n\nCommunicate effectively with operational teams, management and key stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.\n\nMaintain high housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.\n\nDemonstrate flexibility to support changing customer and business requirements.\n\nWhat you will bring:\nProven hands-on experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or similar frontline leadership role.\n\nStrong people management experience, including coaching, performance management and team development.\n\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.\n\nExperience working within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.\n\nAbility to analyse operational issues and implement practical solutions.\n\nExperience using Warehouse Management Systems; knowledge of GDS and/or DCMS would be highly advantageous.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage resources effectively.\n\nExperience of managing warehouse transport would be desirable.\n\nA flexible approach to working hours, with availability to work 7.5-hour shifts between 6:00am and 10:00pm to meet business needs.\n\nCompensation\nDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
