skills.\nYour main responsibilities:Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and deliver a high level of customer service.\nManage and resolve Service Desk tickets, incidents, and service requests within agreed service levels.\nTake ownership of end-user issues, ensuring they are properly investigated, communicated, and resolved.\nMaintain workplace IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, and meeting room technology.\nManage the full lifecycle of workplace equipment, including preparation, deployment, inventory management, replacement, and retirement.\nInstall, configure, and support standard hardware, operating systems, business applications, and productivity tools.\nSupport office and label printers, scanning workstations, and other operational technologies used within the business.\nMaintain accurate asset inventory and workplace IT documentation.\nServe as the primary local IT contact for office users and work closely with DPD Baltic IT teams.\nAssist with troubleshooting local network and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.\nParticipate in workplace IT improvements, office projects, and new technology implementations.\nWork with external suppliers and service providers when required.\nContribute to incident, problem, and change management processes.\nProvide backup support for local infrastructure operations, including basic
