What we expect from you:At least 3 years of experience in IT support, workplace services, or IT operations. Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment. Strong customer-service mindset and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Experience working with ticketing systems and managing support requests. Experience supporting Windows workstations, laptops, and end-user technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common workplace IT solutions. Experience with IT asset management and device lifecycle processes. Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi. Basic knowledge of server and network administration principles. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and take ownership of responsibilities. A structured, proactive, and service-oriented approach to work. Good English and Estonian language skills. Your main responsibilities:Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and deliver a high level of customer service. Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets, incidents, and service requests within agreed service levels.
