Service & Pricing Tools· Analyze, develop and test solutions, and optimize existing and new processes· Conceptualize and implement individual Salesforce solutions in Sales and Service Cloud, as well as support integration with external systems· Consult the Product Owner and support the identification and definition of requirements· Bring new technologies, process improvements and solution approaches into your team· Document your work results and systems in ticketing and knowledge platforms (e.g. Jira/Confluence) and ensure product transparency and quality.\nMēs piedāvājamWe offer:·
