We already have dozens of automations in production, and new projects are continuously being added.\nWe are looking for someone who will help us design, build, and develop these solutions from the initial idea through implementation and deployment.\n\nKey responsibilities\nDesign and develop automation workflows in n8n\n\nBuild multi-stage pipelines and sub-workflows\n\nDevelop business logic using Node.js or Python\n\nIntegrate automations with internal and external systems, including APIs\n\nWork with systems and tools such as Jira, GitLab, SharePoint, PostgreSQL, and Excel/XLSX\n\nImplement AI and LLM components in business processes\n\nDebug, maintain, and optimize existing automations\n\nRespond to production issues and changes in external APIs\n\nWork with specifications and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders\n\nReview code and support deployments through GitLab and CI/CD processes\n\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years of experience in n8n, Node.js, or Python\n\nPractical experience in automation and system integrations\n\nStrong hands-on knowledge of Node.js or Python\n\nExperience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and authentication\n\nPractical knowledge of n8n and workflow design\n\nUnderstanding of databases, particularly PostgreSQL\n\nPractical knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose\n\nExperience with Git and code review workflows\n\nUnderstanding of error handling, retries, timeouts, logging, and debugging\n\nPractical understanding of LLMs and AI-assisted development\n\nAbility to critically review AI-generated code and solutions\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of delivered solutions\n\nGood communication skills and willingness to collaborate with business and technical teams\n\nGood verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level at minimum)\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with LLMs in production environments\n\nExperience with Cursor, Cline, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools\n\nExperience with RPA or enterprise automation\n\nKnowledge of GitLab CI/CD\n\nExperience with Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, Vault, Liquibase, or Langfuse\n\nWhat we offer\nSalary: 10 000 -
