You will join a technically diverse team working across DSP algorithms, Linux-based mission systems, and the infrastructure that supports operational applications.\nThis is a hands-on role for an engineer who can take ideas from requirements and architecture through software development, integration, testing, and operational support. You will work closely with engineering and development teams to solve technical problems, improve existing capabilities, and help shape future systems.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, debug, and test signal processing algorithms and applications across a variety of platforms.\nBuild and integrate DSP software and analytic tools for mission applications.\nHelp define requirements, concepts of operations, and architectures for new and evolving systems.\nDevelop and troubleshoot software in Linux environments, including integration with the underlying mission infrastructure.\nSupport the installation and patching of Enterprise Linux baselines, configuration of supporting hardware, and resolution of operational issues.\nImprove the tools and processes used for change and baseline management, system health monitoring, status reporting, and mission support.\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, maintenance, and documentation.\nCollaborate with internal engineering, software development, and operations teams to deliver reliable capabilities.\nSupport occasional travel as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.\nAt least five years of relevant engineering or software development experience.\nStrong foundation in digital signal processing and communications theory.\nProgramming experience in Python, Java, C++, or another object-oriented or functional language.\nExperience developing software in Linux environments.\nAbility to analyze complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly to engineering and mission teams.\nStrong organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.\nActive TS/SCI clearance with an adjudicated Full Scope Polygraph.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with software-defined radio, including receiver architectures, software channelization, modulation and demodulation, and spectral analysis.\nExperience using X-Midas to develop RF transmission, receiver, or software-defined radio capabilities.\nExperience with telemetry systems, error-correcting codes, or digital video formats.\nExperience with CUDA or GPU-accelerated processing.\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies.\nExperience across the software development lifecycle, including concept development, design, implementation, testing, and production support.\nAbility to present technical and analytical findings clearly in written products.\nActive Security+ certification.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe are looking for an engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of signal processing, software, and mission systems.
