Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.Position Responsibilities\nPayroll operation management.\nAssist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements\nConduct general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes\nPerform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data\nAssist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts\nOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions\nEnsure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards\nPrepare and submit regulatory reports as required\nAssist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and decision-making processes **\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA designation is a plus)\nPaycom expertise a must\nProven experience in corporate accounting or related field\nStrong knowledge of IFRS and other accounting principles\nProficiency in general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeeping\nExperience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes\nExcellent analytical skills with attention to detail\nStrong organizational and time management abilities\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment\nWe offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities.
