Success is not just about what we build, but who we build and how we build it: with integrity, enjoyment, uniqueness and an ever-forward mindset.\nJob Summary:\nSupports the accounting team by assisting with entry-level financial operations and administrative tasks that contribute to accurate and timely reporting at the corporate or entity level, not assigned to project-based accounting activities. Gains foundational experience in accounting processes such as journal entry preparation, data reconciliation, and documentation. Collaborates with team members to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures while learning DPR’s financial systems and standards. Builds understanding of accounting principles and practices to support future growth within the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssists in preparing basic journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation under supervision.\nCompiles and verifies financial data for inclusion in reports and internal analyses.\nSupports the maintenance of accounting records and files in compliance with DPR’s policies and procedures.\nCollaborates with team members to review invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions for accuracy.\nAssists with month-end close activities, including documentation and report preparation.\nLearns and applies accounting concepts, financial systems, and internal controls through guided participation in daily operations.\nUpholds confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.\nEducation Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or current enrollment in an undergraduate accounting or finance program required.\nWork Experience:\nPrior internship or coursework in accounting or business preferred.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nNone required.\nSuccessful completion of a background check is required.\nAnticipated starting pay range:\n$28.00- $46.00Nothing is more important than your health and wellness.
