Partners with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions. Oversees cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and value realization of AI capabilities. Governs project execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartners with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with enterprise strategy.\nTranslates business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for AI solutions.\nManages cross-functional teams responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.\nOversees project plans, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.\nQuantifies and tracks business value, adoption metrics, and return on investment for AI initiatives.\nAdvises senior stakeholders on AI roadmap development, governance considerations, and emerging technology opportunities.\nManages team performance, workload planning, and talent development within the AI Engagement function.\nEducation Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n5-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, digital transformation, product management, or a related field required.\n3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects or teams required.\nExperience translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions required.\nDPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
