Applies classroom knowledge to field and office tasks to gain hands-on experience in project delivery. Collaborates with project engineers, superintendents, and trade partners to help ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Contributes to project meetings, reporting, and progress tracking to support overall team success.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssists project teams with daily field coordination and documentation of construction activities.\nSupports project engineers in reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify scope and design requirements.\nCollects and organizes data for project logs, daily reports, and safety records.\nObserves site operations to understand construction means, methods, and sequencing.\nParticipates in project meetings and supports preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up items.\nAssists with procurement tracking and materials management.\nCollaborates with team members to promote DPR Construction’s safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.\nEducation Qualifications:\nHigh School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\nPrior internship, co-op, or related experience in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred.\nExperience working in a collaborative team environment or participating in project-based coursework preferred.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nNone required.\nDPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
