Contributes to the identification and resolution of potential hazards to minimize risk and ensure compliance with established policies. Collaborates with team members to promote awareness and understanding of safety protocols across the workplace. Maintains accurate records and documentation to support continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance. Enhances the effectiveness of safety initiatives by providing timely communication and support to employees and stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssists in conducting routine inspections, audits and other administrative EHS tasks including onboarding.\nSupports the investigation and documentation of incidents, near-misses, and workplace hazards.\nMaintains accurate records of safety training, incidents, and compliance activities.\nCommunicates safety procedures and updates to employees to promote understanding and adherence.\nCoordinates the distribution and tracking of personal protective equipment and safety materials.\nParticipates in emergency response drills and supports the implementation of corrective actions.\nContributes to the preparation of reports and summaries for internal review and compliance purposes.\nEducation Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n0 - 4 years of experience in EHS support roles within corporate, industrial, consulting environments, or a related field required.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nOccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction training preferred.\nDPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
