Applies working knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues, ensuring optimal equipment performance and reliability. Collaborates with project managers, on-site teams, and technology teams to implement field technology solutions on construction sites, ensuring optimized system performance in field operations. Aligns field technology initiatives with project and organizational goals to maximize value, enhance productivity, and support overall construction success. Contributes to the continuous improvement of field technology processes by identifying opportunities for operational excellence and driving innovation in construction site workflows.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInstalls and configures hardware and software systems in field locations, ensuring proper functionality and integration.\nIdentifies and addresses moderately complex field quality control issues, using instruments and technology to verify work accuracy, providing timely support to project teams, and minimizing disruptions to site operations.\nMaintains accurate records of field technology assets deployed on construction sites, including equipment inventory, software updates, and service or maintenance activities.\nCollaborates with project managers and subcontractors to utilize the right technology and instruments that support and accelerate construction processes.\nTrains construction project teams on the effective use of field technology tools and leading practices, ensuring optimal system utilization and adoption.\nCommunicates moderately complex technical information clearly and concisely to both field crews and project stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.\nEducation Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in construction management, information technology, computer engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.\nMaster's degree in construction management, information technology, computer engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.\nWork Experience:\n2 - 4 years of experience in field technology support, systems engineering, or a related field required.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nOccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification required.\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.\nAdvanced scanning, layout, point clouds, photogrammetry, BIM integration, workflow development and complex troubleshooting.\nTechnical leader and mentor; trains technicians/project teams.\nAnticipated starting pay range:\n$95,000.00- $130,000.00Nothing is more important than your health and wellness.
