Success is not just about what we build, but who we build and how we build it: with integrity, enjoyment, uniqueness and an ever-forward mindset.\nJob Summary:\nPlans and assigns daily and weekly work activities for renewable energy crews.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManages manpower, equipment, and materials to support project progress.\nVerifies system installations meet specifications, drawings, and safety standards.\nConducts site safety meetings and enforces DPR’s safe work culture.\nTrains, mentors, and evaluates Crew Leads and Technicians.\nCollaborates with project superintendents and engineers to resolve field challenges.\nAccurately completes and submits time cards for assigned crews, ensuring timely and precise recording of labor hours in accordance with company policies and project requirements.\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\nOccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nBuilding Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) Technician Certification or Computing Technology Industry Association Network+ Certification preferred.\nAt least +7 years working on industrial and commercial experience\n+5 yrs Solar and PV Installations (REQUIRED) Previous experience in solar fields, rooftops with PV installations, and other related fields.\nOwn Tools\nElectrical Expertise: Knowledge of electrical systems, grid-tied PV systems, and ancillary electrical components\nTraveling required\nDPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
