Implements Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in accordance with enterprise standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.\nInstalls and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.\nTroubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.\nMaintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.\nSupports project startup and closeout technology requirements.\nCoordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.\nEnsures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.\nEducation Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience considered.\nWork Experience:\n2-4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration required.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nNetworking or IT service management certification preferred.\nDPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
