Job Summary:
Leads installation, testing, and maintenance of advanced low voltage systems, including fire alarms, security, data, and communication networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizes and prioritizes daily assignments independently, optimizing resource utilization and meeting project deadlines.
Conducts inspections of completed installations to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Provides technical guidance and enforces safety protocols among team members in accordance with industry regulations.
Diagnoses and resolves complex system issues, delivering hands-on solutions to maintain system reliability.
Reviews documentation of work progress, incidents, and material usage for accurate project tracking.
Collaborates with leadership, contractors, and other trades to resolve on-site challenges and sustain project momentum.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
Certifications and Licenses:
Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) Technician Certification or Computing Technology Industry Association Network+ Certification preferred.
