Manages Learning and Development Program Specialists responsible for program implementation, coordination, and stakeholder support. Establishes priorities, allocates resources, and oversees execution of learning initiatives to ensure consistent delivery and program effectiveness. Partners with People Practices leaders, facilitators, and business stakeholders to align learning programs with organizational needs and workforce development priorities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManages Learning and Development Program Specialists responsible for implementation and administration of enterprise learning programs and development initiatives.\nEstablishes program priorities, work assignments, and operational processes to support effective delivery of learning initiatives across the organization.\nOversees planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs, including schedules, communications, participant experience, and program logistics.\nPartners with stakeholders to align learning program delivery with workforce development objectives and organizational priorities.\nReviews program participation, completion, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.\nDevelops team capability through coaching, performance management, workload planning, and professional development activities.\nPromotes consistency in learning program administration, communication, and participant support across learning and development initiatives.\nEducation Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n7-10 years of experience in learning and development, program management, organizational development, or related experience required.\n2-4 years of experience leading team members, project teams, or program administration activities required.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nNone required.\nAnticipated starting pay range:\n$115,000.00- $182,000.00Nothing is more important than your health and wellness.
