Success is not just about what we build, but who we build and how we build it: with integrity, enjoyment, uniqueness and an ever-forward mindset.\nJob Summary:\nProvides coordination and administrative support to preconstruction and estimating teams in managing bids, proposals, and documentation, with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and prioritization of work. Assists with subcontractor outreach, data entry, and bid tracking to ensure accurate and timely project delivery support for multiple concurrent projects, including coordinating and working with the prequalification liaison to support the prequalification of trade partners as part of the solicitation process. Contributes to the smooth operation of preconstruction activities by maintaining organized systems and clear communication among team members and trade partners.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssists in the preparation, distribution, and tracking of bid invitations, proposals, and related documentation.\nCommunicates with trade partners, suppliers, and vendors regarding bid requests and deadlines, including coordination with Self-Perform Work (SPW), Equipment Integration Group (EIG), and prefabrication teams to ensure appropriate trade partner and vendor coverage.\nMaintains bid solicitation software database, contact lists, and bid logs with current and accurate information.\nOrganizes and updates drawings, specifications, and addenda for use by preconstruction team.\nSupports scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation for estimating activities.\nProvides administrative assistance for proposal preparation, presentations, and internal coordination.\nEnsures consistent application of document control and confidentiality standards.\nEducation Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n2-4 years of experience in estimating coordination, construction administration, or a related field required.\nExperience with estimating software such as Building Connected or equivalent bid solicitation software preferred.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nNone required.\nDPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
