Success is not just about what we build, but who we build and how we build it: with integrity, enjoyment, uniqueness and an ever-forward mindset.\nJob Summary:\nExecutes end-to-end procurement activities for assigned projects or programs, including supplier coordination, purchasing, expediting, and documentation management. Partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align procurement actions with schedule requirements and contractual expectations. Supports solicitation activities, bid comparisons, and procurement meetings to track deliverables and constraints. Maintains accurate procurement records and reporting to support project execution and financial processing.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManages procurement execution for assigned purchases, including supplier communication, purchase order processing, and expediting to support schedule requirements.\nParticipates in supplier solicitation and evaluation activities, including preparation of bid tallies and comparative analyses.\nCoordinates procurement check-ins with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track deliverables, constraints, and order status.\nCoordinates submittals, shop drawing workflows, and required documentation with project teams and suppliers as applicable to the scope being procured.\nIdentifies procurement risks and escalates constraints to appropriate stakeholders with proposed mitigation actions.\nDevelops and distributes reports to communicate status, action items, and required decisions to internal stakeholders.\nSupports billing and invoice workflows to ensure accurate and timely processing aligned with project requirements.\nEducation Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or construction operations required.\nExperience coordinating procurement for complex packages or schedule-driven purchases required.\nExperience using procurement systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools required.\nExperience supporting general contractor, engineering-procurement-construction (EPC), or project-based environments preferred.\nThis position is eligible for H-1B visa transfer sponsorship only. The company may provide immigration sponsorship assistance for candidates who currently hold H-1B status and are eligible to transfer their existing H-1B visa to the company.\nAt this time, we are unable to provide initial H-1B sponsorship or sponsorship for other employment-based visa categories.
