Supports team members in resolving technical accounting issues and implementing leading practices. Informs business outcomes by providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and trends. Elevates process efficiency and system effectiveness to optimize accounting operations and reporting. Reinforces high standards of integrity and accountability to support the organization’s financial health and strategic objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReviews and prepares moderately complex journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure completeness and accuracy.\nSupports less experienced team members in resolving moderately complex accounting issues and provides technical expertise on accounting standards.\nAnalyzes financial results, identifies trends, and communicates actionable insights to leadership.\nImplements process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls within the accounting function.\nCoordinates with external auditors and regulatory bodies to support compliance and audit requirements.\nDevelops and applies comprehensive accounting policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives.\nEnsures timely completion of routine and non-routine month-end and year-end close activities, supporting critical decision-making processes.\nEducation Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, a related field, or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n4 - 6 years of experience in accounting, finance, general ledger management, financial reporting, or a related field required.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.\nDPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
