Facilitates communication among field teams and trade partners, including self-perform team members, promoting a collaborative and solution-oriented work environment. Reinforces adherence to safety and quality standards by following established procedures and participating in site safety meetings and inspections. Contributes to accurate project documentation and reporting, supporting informed decision-making by project leadership. Supports identification and coordination of prefabrication opportunities by working with project teams and prefabrication partners to integrate prefabricated components into field execution plans.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupports the management and development of a team of field operations individuals, fostering skill growth and ensuring quality performance under guidance.\nSupervises daily site activities and applies sound judgment in implementing quality control measures, resolving routine issues and supporting solutions to unique field challenges to ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols.\nManages coordination of delivery and allocation of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.\nMonitors accurate daily logs and progress reports to document project activities and issues.\nCommunicates routine updates and concerns to project leadership, enabling timely resolution of challenges.\nParticipates in or leads safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce a culture of accountability.\nSupports field teams, including self-perform, in addressing routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters as needed.\nEducation Qualifications:\nAssociate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n5 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.\nFirst Aid and CPR certification required.\nOSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.\nAnticipated starting pay range:\nNothing is more important than your health and wellness.
