Supports project success by analyzing moderately complex financial data, identifying risks based on precedent, and recommending solutions to maintain budgetary alignment. Enhances decision-making by preparing clear, actionable financial reports and analytics. Strengthens organizational performance by driving continuous improvement in project accounting processes and controls. Influences project accounting leading practices by collaborating across teams and providing guidance to peers and less experienced team members.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManages moderately complex project accounting activities with large-scope, including budget tracking, cost analysis, and revenue recognition, to ensure financial accuracy.\nReviews project budget, costs, reports, and forecasts based on independent judgment and comprehensive project accounting experience.\nAnalyzes the financial performance of projects by identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to maintain project profitability.\nCollaborates with project teams to resolve moderately complex or varied accounting issues and support project delivery.\nEnsures compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies in all project financial activities.\nSupports less experienced team members in resolving moderately complex project accounting issues and provides technical expertise on project accounting guidelines and processes.\nImplements process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in project accounting operations.\nEducation Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.\nWork Experience:\n4 - 6 years of experience in project accounting, financial management, or a related field preferred.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nNone required.\nSuccessful completion of a background check is required.\nAnticipated starting pay range:\n$110,000.00- $130,000.00Nothing is more important than your health and wellness.
