Partners with hiring managers to identify role requirements, source candidates, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Maintains recruiting documentation and candidate pipelines. Contributes to candidate experience and recruiting process effectiveness.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConducts full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.\nPartners with hiring managers to define role requirements and coordinate candidate evaluation processes.\nDevelops candidate pipelines through outreach, networking, job boards, and referrals.\nCoordinates interviews and manages candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.\nMaintains candidate records and requisition documentation within the applicant tracking system.\nSupports recruiting events, outreach programs, and workforce engagement initiatives.\nEducation Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment required.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nSpanish language proficiency both written and verbal preferred for roles supporting craft recruiting.\nAnticipated starting pay range:\n$105,000.00- $130,000.00\nNothing is more important than your health and wellness.
