Handles shipment scheduling, carrier communication, and issue resolution while supporting compliance and performance tracking. Applies experience and judgment to address complex transportation challenges and supports continuous improvement efforts across logistics operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerforms daily transportation coordination activities, including complex scheduling, routing, and shipment prioritization.\nServes as a point of contact for carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated transportation issues.\nMonitors transportation performance, proactively addressing delays, capacity constraints, and service disruptions.\nMaintains accurate and compliant transportation documentation, logs, and records.\nContributes to preparation of transportation performance and cost reports to support operational decision-making.\nSupports compliance with DOT regulations and internal transportation policies, identifying and addressing risks as needed.\nContributes to process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost control, and service reliability.\nEducation Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n3-5 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics operations, or supply chain support required.\nExperience working directly with freight carriers, routing, and shipping documentation required.\nCertifications and Licenses:\nNone required.\nDPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
