Assists with documentation, testing, analysis, and research activities that contribute to internally developed applications and enterprise technology efforts. Gains exposure to Agile development processes, solution design practices, and cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams. Contributes to technical and operational initiatives aligned with enterprise digital strategy.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssists engineering and product teams with documentation, testing, data analysis, and research activities across active initiatives.\nSupports backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release documentation efforts within Agile delivery teams.\nParticipates in solution design discussions and contributes to development of mockups, specifications, or architecture documentation as appropriate.\nConducts research on emerging technologies, tools, or development practices to support innovation initiatives.\nAssists in validating system functionality, identifying defects, and documenting enhancement opportunities.\nCollaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business workflows and technical solution alignment.\nEducation Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, business, or a related field required.\nWork Experience:\nNo prior professional experience required.\nInternship or academic project experience related to software development, analytics, or technology preferred.\nSuccessful completion of a background check is required.\nAnticipated starting pay range:\nNothing is more important than your health and wellness.
