Wij zoeken een gedreven IT System Engineer die onze IT-infrastructuur ontwerpt, implementeert en onderhoudt. Jij zorgt voor optimale prestaties, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van onze systemen. Daarnaast los je technische uitdagingen op, beheer je upgrades en werk je mee aan procesverbeteringen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Systeembeheer en onderhoud
    • Installeren, configureren en upgraden van IT-systemen en software binnen onze terminalomgeving
    • Beheren en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse IT-operaties om continuïteit, beveiliging en prestaties te garanderen
    • Zorgen voor een effectieve monitoring en rapportering van IT-prestaties en systeemstatus
  • Probleemoplossing en ondersteuning
    • Oplossen van technische problemen en storingen volgens vastgelegde SLA’s en procedures
    • Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers bij IT-gerelateerde vragen en verzoeken en zorgen voor een optimale gebruikerservaring
    • Documenteren van systeemwijzigingen, procedures en best practices
  • Systeemintegratie en implementatie
    • Samenwerken met interne teams en externe leveranciers om IT-oplossingen te implementeren en integreren in de bestaande infrastructuur
    • Uitvoeren van tests en kwaliteitscontroles om te verzekeren dat systemen voldoen aan interne en externe standaarden
    • Opstellen, testen en uitvoeren van systeemupdates en onderhoudsprocedures

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, IT, Systeemengineering of een gerelateerd vakgebied
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in IT-systemenbeheer, bij voorkeur binnen een kritische operationele omgeving
  • Ervaring met:
    • Besturingssystemen (Windows, Linux, Unix)
    • Virtualisatietechnologieën (VMware, V-Sphere)
    • Cloud platforms (Azure)
    • Datacenterbeheer, systeembeveiliging en data back-up/recovery
    • Workplace management en applicaties
    • Netwerkconcepten en protocollen
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een proactieve, analytische mindset
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling
  • Zelfstandig en gestructureerd kunnen werken, maar ook een echte teamspeler zijn
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
